Nordic Proptech Awards celebrates technology-driven innovation in property, from virtual viewings and data-driven property decisions to remote property management and automated climate calculations. The annual award recognises Nordic startups whose solutions create new efficiencies in the industry and is jointly administered by the Nordic proptech associations.

“Recognition from Nordic Proptech Awards underlines our ambition and commitment to driving the construction and property industry towards climate neutrality. Our development from a small startup to a fast-growing impact company with 25 employees, all working to solve the climate challenge through digitalisation and automation, demonstrates our commitment to industry-leading innovation,” says Pelle Tunell, CEO and co-founder of Plant.

Alongside industry-wide recognition as a leading Nordic company to watch, Plant receives individual sessions with jury members, ranging from mentoring to pitching, free membership in each national proptech association and a ticket to MIPIM in Cannes.

Plant has transformed carbon emissions calculations in property and construction by streamlining the process, allowing customers to focus on reducing emissions effectively.

“We are determined to continue delivering industry-leading solutions. Our next goal is to become the Nordic region’s leading climate calculation provider for property and construction, and a trusted partner for companies with the most ambitious climate targets,” Tunell adds.
