“Plant brings an entirely new offering to a traditional industry. Instead of conventional, manual climate calculation methods, companies must have the confidence to trust digital solutions with automation and visualisation. At the same time, I see a strong willingness to change. More companies are choosing Plant, and it is growing quickly. The key now is maintaining the right focus in future development, including the balance between developing software and providing the sustainability reporting customers need.”

What experience do you bring?

“I have worked in business strategy and advisory services for over eight years, focusing on property. My educational background is in the built environment, with a master’s degree in sustainability. I have experience in scaling businesses, business development, funding, board matters and leadership. This is important for a fast-growing company such as Plant, alongside preserving its excellent company culture.”
