With nine business areas and a wide range of complex construction projects, RO-Gruppen needs a way to manage and analyse large amounts of climate data throughout construction.

“During selection, Plant listened closely to our needs and offered solutions suited to the variety of projects we deliver,” says Lindha Feldin, Climate and Environment Business Developer at RO-Gruppen.

Plant gives RO-Gruppen a tool for following climate impact from early discussions and design through production and final reporting. It enables green tenders, selection of the best climate solutions during design, monitoring actual outcomes during production and reporting a project’s true carbon footprint at completion.

“Real progress in construction requires collaboration between organisations and professional groups. Joining forces with Plant combines our construction expertise with their climate knowledge and technology. This lets us give clients better decision support, clearer climate estimates and greater opportunities to reach their own climate targets,” says Lindha Feldin.

RO-Gruppen will carry out its own climate calculations in Plant’s software, obtaining reliable results from both cost estimates and 3D models.

“We are very pleased to begin working with RO-Gruppen. It has a clear ambition to reduce project climate impact and sees the value of climate data as decision support throughout construction. Together, we can help more projects be planned, built and reported with climate in focus,” says Pelle Tunell, CEO and co-founder of Plant.
