Skandia Fastigheter has ambitious climate targets, and since 1 January 2022, all new-build projects have been legally required to prepare a climate declaration.

“To reach our climate target, we must radically reduce construction projects’ climate impact. We therefore include climate impact in management and follow-up throughout the project process. We lower our limit values every year. Climate calculations must support follow-up by project and company, as well as regulatory requirements,” says Emma Henriksson, Sustainability Director at Skandia Fastigheter.

“We are very pleased to sign a framework agreement with Skandia Fastigheter. Every company we collaborate with and build long-term relationships with helps us understand construction’s carbon footprint better, and above all how to reduce it,” says Pelle Tunell, CEO of Plant.
