“Reaching the final was wonderful Friday news! More and more construction and property companies are using our software and expertise in climate-optimised construction. It is very encouraging that this experienced jury also recognises our technology’s benefits. Together, we are using modern technology to solve tomorrow’s climate challenges,” says Pelle Tunell.
The jury assessed the project as a whole, recognising innovative services and ideas that can make the property industry more efficient and attractive while addressing the major challenge of reducing its climate impact.
The other finalists for Most Innovative PropTech Company are Myrspoven and Palats. The competition also includes Most Innovative Property Organisation, for which Nabo, Kista Limitless AB and Sweco are nominated.
The final takes place at 12.15 on 21 September at Business Arena Stockholm, with winners announced at 15.45 the same day. Business Arena organises the competition with Nordic PropTech Initiative and PropTech Sweden.
