“We share a vision of reducing climate impact in the construction and property industry, and we greatly appreciate working with such an ambitious, knowledgeable and aware client with strong internal resources,” says Pelle Tunell, CEO of Plant.

Diös, the market leader in 10 growing cities and owner of commercial and residential properties in northern Sweden, has set ambitious climate targets, including halving its carbon dioxide emissions by 2030. Plant looks forward to being an active partner on Diös’s sustainability journey.

“We have chosen to carry out climate calculations at several stages of our construction projects to learn what more climate-neutral construction requires and improve understanding within projects,” says Johanna Olofsson, Sustainability Director at Diös. She continues: “We believe Plant and its tool are at the forefront of climate calculations. They give us useful decision support and the means to keep pace with rapid developments in this field. We look forward to continuing our collaboration.”

The framework agreement took effect in summer 2023 and continues until further notice. The licence includes a complete climate calculation for use in a declaration meeting Boverket’s requirements and in BREEAM and Svanen certification.
